You should have seen them when I told them
We were a close-knit team
Lots of banter, lots of laughs
Mainly from the boss’s impressions and voices
A little bitchiness, a touch of sarcasm
A tad of sadness for patients and colleagues passed
Just the normal variations in any mixture of humans
The big C they call it
No one dares say it
Strange that, isn’t it?
